Pink/Yellow graphical glitch

Seems like I get this real weird graphical glitch for anyone with stage 10 weapons (max rank), they glow in weird pink/yellow squares and its really jarring and annoying.

Things I have tried to get this to be fixed

- Installed newest graphics drivers with clean installation

- Reseat graphics card to check if it just got bumped out of place or something

- Repair files option in the game launcher (did nothing, and no files were found to be incorrect)

The only thing I haven't tried is a complete nuke from orbit for anything BnS and redownload, and frankly my internet speed is atrocious so I am trying to avoid that.

 

This doesn't happen in any other games I play with these glowing type particle effects, and it seems to be only happening in BnS, any suggestions on how to fix it?

 

My Graphics Card is a Nvidia 770GTX and can run this game at around 75-78fps with no issue at all.

 

I've also noticed a similar issue with one of Lyn's attacks but I do not remember which one it is.
