Can't get pass the login screen

i was playing a couple of hours ago but when i try to log back in it keeps crashing after i try to login in. i dont get an error or anything, it just disappears after i click "LOG IN". and it doesn't seem to matter if i put in a vaild email/password or not either, the game seems to close regardless.  anybody have any clue to why this is happening?

Sorry, nobody in the forums right now has any solution for those who cannot play Blade and Soul. 

 

Possible, simple, solutions (I'm sorry, this is all that we have): 

• The everyday, go-to solution would be to try reinstalling (a gruelling and slow process, but it should be tried)
• You can also just keep trying to open/login/w.e to the client, or try again in an hour.
• Reboot 
• File repair
• Disable firewall or put all BNS files as an exception
