Game is not launching

I went through the installation, go to sign in and nothing happens. I uninstalled blade and soul reinstalled restarted and still same issue. I ran it as administrator still wont go launch. I can only get to the sign in to my account and then nothing. Anyone have any input on this?

im having a problem where i just cant install the update. When i click it it instantly says error i cant and that i should rrestart and i do and it never even gets to 1%

man i dont even make it past the log in screen to launch the play now screen

When you say you go to sign in, and nothing happens - what do you mean? Like you enter your password and hit "Sign In" and it just hangs there?

i enter my account info email address and password, hit sign in thing disappears thats all.

reading through other forums i saw someone do this

try to run the launcher in windows service pack 3 that worked for me!

properties>compability compability mode> tick it and apply and try tto rerun launcher

 

 as of right now I am downloading the patch with my slow internet speed i got 4 hours to go lol
