Can not get into the game- Erorr E01005 /E02009

Hello. I bought the Founders pack in order to get the Head start.
Since the game launched I can't get into the game, most of the time the launcher doesn't work
and when it does I keep getting errors like E01005 NIC /E02009. Saying " Could not connect to the update server".

I tried rebooting, disabling anti virus and firewall. Nothing works. Also I would like to mention that if by a miraculous way the launcher starts up.

When clicking Play it will prompt " Error E02009".

Waiting for a quick response and hopefully to a fix.
