I have been in queue and crashing back and fourth before 6pm and only got to level 6. After 6pm (my time) I have been in queue for hours and to play the game I am required to switch servers and lose half of my master pack founders items. I never knew the server was stacked when I started since I got in early and there was no queue at that time. I disconnected and regretted it all. Anyone know if a full refund is possible? Kitten Posted January 16, 2016 Share Posted January 16, 2016 A full refund is possible only if you haven't spent any of the NCoin given with the pack, iirc (not including during alpha/beta). I think there's something about it in the Founder's Pack FAQ. EDIT: Checked out the FAQ, found this: If I purchase a Founder’s Pack and change my mind, can I get a refund? Yes. You can request a refund of your purchase any time before the start of Character Name Reservation. If you spend the NCoin from your Disciple or Master Pack, you will not be eligible for a refund.
