Missing Founder's Items

I received 2 additional character slots only from my Master Pack. My husband's account seems to have all his items. He purchased his today I bought mine back on Dec 13. It was working perfectly at that time. Not sure if anyone else is having this same issue or not.

I just went into the BnS website and there was a code to apply at this time. So I am thinking it just takes it a bit before it updates or something. Granted I have no patience waiting to play. lol
