Queued with Line Cutters

I started the game before my husband and my friend. However my husbands game let him play after 59 mins. My friend and myself are still queued with times ranging from 44 mins to 159 mins. I have been in que now almost 4 hrs and yet to play the game once. I have been playing on my husbands account on another PC the entire time. What gives?
