Clan Disbanded Question - Important

One of the members of my clan made our clan name, but he was the wrong faction. So he disbanded the clan, swapped to the right faction , and went to remake it- but it says the clan name is taken. Is there some sort of cooldown for name re-use, or have we lost the name forever?

I believe there's a cooldown, however I don't know how long the cooldown may be. It may be 5 minutes, or hours.

Kimber-- did you ever find out how long it took? I switched servers now im having the same problem.
