Support wait time?

Any idea how long it will take the support to get back to me?

 

I cannot even log in due to PIN and cannot change PIN due to not having a date of birth on my account. 

I made this account way back at GW2 release and was in the BnS CB and never had to use  a DoB. My Account info on the GW2 page shows a blank Date of birth. ( I have since updated this, but it didnt help.)
