Player and NPC names randomly disappearing.

Player and NPC names randomly disappearing along with the indicators above their heads. 

The situations seem random... sometimes they disappear when zoning into a zone.

If I press "I" for inventory sometimes I can get them to stay visible until I zone again, then they go away again.

Other times the names are only visible when looking at my inventory then disappear when I close inventory.

I can still do my quests going by icons on map....it's just buggin' me not seeing names. 

p.s. I can provide pc specs if needed.

Bump. I have the same issue, it's very annoying.
