Failed to connect to server (100)

2 hours in, and I have tried every single solution that I can find.  No difference.

The NCLauncher is ridiculously bugged, and takes a lot of manual interference to get it working (I have played Aion since release, and this did not happen until I installed BnS), but even when I get the launcher working, I cannot get connected to the server.  I get the BnS loading screen, and then "Failed to connect to server (100)".

I cannot find anything on this error.

Im having the same problem as well. Hope a fix comes soon.
