[Update error] Could not extract file

OK, so what happened is I played Closed Beta 2 and 5 then system reinstall happened so I can be nice and clean for head start. Then when I download the new "BnS_Lite_Installer" for the game the NCSOFT Launcher just pops up for a sec then giving me this [Update error] Could not extract file E02019 error massage!! I have no idea what to do, I already missed name reservation because of this I don't want to miss head start too :( Somebody help please!! Thank you in advance...
