Not a fix for me unfortunately.
-
If you get banned from using a VPN you're just collateral damage from anti-bot measures. Send an email to technical support and hopefully they'll unban the account which will take a few days.
-
Might work however there is a substantial risk since although NCSoft *says* using a VPN isn't a ToS violation a sizable amount of people are reportedly getting bans. Likely collateral damage from their attempts to ban bots that are using VPNs to evade Chinese IP range blocks. And getting the account unbanned is a large hassle dealing with NCSoft's nebulous support. Responses that can take several days to get a "response" and that's IF you pass their seemingly arbitrary rules of what qualifies as "suspicious activity" to get your account back. Otherwise they'll just permaban it with no recourse. Personal call really but I don't recommend it.

I got that response too yesterday after weeks of useless canned emails. My ISP's fault. My ISP's fault. My ISP's fault.

Even worse then because even Razer's most expensive board is only $160. -

Help with resolving (1000)(132,10054) constant disconnection problems some players have (who aren't Razer or ASUS users). I really want to play the game for longer than 1-10 minutes at a time. -
Try using Notepad+

Had a friend with a working client send me a dxdiag 64bit Win7 Ultimate SP1 Intel i5-4690k 3.5ghz 8gb ram DirectX 11 AMD Radeon 7800 Series Logitech KB + Mouse
-
I know I'm not the only one and I believe if we compare notes on computer specs to figure out what is causing this (like how Razer Chroma users did). Bonus points to those who DO have a working client and are willing to share what their specs are! As always please avoid sharing personal identifying information to avoid potential doxxing. 64bit Win 7 Professional Intel i5-2500k 3.3ghz (unclocked) 16gb ram DirectX 11 AMD Sapphire Radeon R9 280 3GB WR841N router (hardwired) Fixed Wireless broadband 6d/1u Comodo Firewall (BnS exceptions added and/or disabled) EDIT: Corsair K70 Keyboard, Logitech MX 518 Mouse

Tried the fix Miles posted but still alas it hasn't improved disconnection rates.

I also tried this method and it did not work, sadly.

Same here.
