I was actually thinking why a game like this, which still has story content to go, needed more classes in the first place. I usually see classes coming into games when the rest of the content slows down, or when the classes were already planned beforehand and get introduced at specific times. This game doesn't have hints of any of that (unless I'm missing some info), yet we have an extra 4 classes already?

    5 classes if you include wl, but what they do is they reuse old animations from the npcs/mobs and make them into playable classes what really is happening is that ncsoft just takes whatever kr gives and putsi nto your client making it more unstable and not up-to-date with our current gold rate/damage. Take example this event the merchant of wonders that everyone complains, all nc west did was just put the kr event and pricing into here, while at korea the daily gold gain is more so it's normal for then that the pricing is like that but here it's a bit too much so that's why people complained and still do, also they are running out of creativity and they give "content" by making players have 1mill hp and 2mill dps while raids/dungeons are not creative anymore and just reused old bosses with tons of hp. PvP is forgotten it was already proven when they decided to remove diamond rank by making the mask and outfit no longer for 2100 but 1600 only LUL.

  2. pvp was messed up cause of the awakening patch and over ninethousand tiers for soul/pet/whatever there is blocked by p2w wall.

    Back when there was only like 10 soul stages that was plenty, they should leave it at that as it was manageable with events and it wasn't giving too big advantage in geared pvp.

    they say it will be for lyn because they do that for every new class, thank god destroyer and sin is not polluted by that pleauge, even tho people modded the animations are there in the client but it's for every character race model.

  5. there should be a stylist in game an npc that lets you change it for coup of gold, no need for any voucher system, also the idles animations could be for achivement points or something like getting a poharan/junsang/mushin/junghado animations after beating them or something?

    I'd really like it if we could choose our own idle animations though for the four races, similar to how we could do it in the character creation screen.

    the animations are not new, they are recycled.

    The air-guitar playing idle is completely out of place. The class has nothing to deal with music.

    Guardian is like a Paladin: tough and can heal with certain talents. I would much prefer if my Warden does a sword salute instead.

    but this game is completely ignoring the fact that itsa been years since arena been updated ..the gold needs updating rewards needs updating ... they just missing the mark every patch.... new comers just come and go .... even with the broken classes etc ......the game completely puts it in the background.

    the new classes like gunner/warrior is another reason why pvp died, bkac when we WL and SF was out it wasnt op until some skill patches, but gunner and warrior, the day the come out is when the players go out of the game. PvP is long gone, geared pvp is no longer a battle of skill vs patience but more of if your a whale or not. Also the new skill tree is already a killer towards some builds that go would go with pvp, you are limited with different path and locked skills on that. What's not dead in this game is the players that bother to play this and make points on forum on what could (Should) be improved but posts like this are defended with White knights and more or less deleted by mods to (not cause any fights).

    I saw a game that died called Cabal2, they disabled forums and linked it into facebook page, you could see complains over the comments and white knights would defend but when they annouced that the game is shutting down the whiteknights turned AGAINST them! If Devs/Mods and whoever will keep ignoring players that do bother with this game and actually list things that could be improved then the same thing might happen here. Maybe one day they will realize that it's time to fix the game instead of giving players more DaMaGe and HeAlTh for reason that they can't think of any creative way to give more content other than that.

    UE4 will not improve the game, it will make it just bloom, glow, sparkle and shine more. Under no circumstances will it give more fps, most likely it will ask higher requirements instead.

  9. if the MoW is an alternative way to get soulshields entier the dungeon he is in should give the gold/currency to use it on the MoW or let you pick 1 free item from the merchant of wondrs out of soulshields. (That is if you don;t want to nerf the prices as they should be, but apparently an average casual/f2p player that does dungeon can't get rewarded cause they need to be a whale to have 700k gold in their inventory like any other whale in this game to get something out of MoW that is needed for them.
    (But whales don't need anything from MoW.)

    not sure if everyone knows this or if bns devs knows this but XIGNCODE3 is a dropped project and no they no longer update it, the reaosn why bns has it cause it's cheap and worthless... mostly android games use it but pc platform mmos it's just another grave digger.

Instead, what I feel we need is better understanding from the starting players and for them to know that in some cases it's all about learning this or that mechanic, or knowing where to go to upgrade their character quicker to be able to burst it down. But the most important part is mechs. The earlier our players learn that mechs exist, the better they perform at higher tiers.

     

    What I hoped is that when people do an online search after wiping the first time to this or any other boss, they could find threads like these, without rants or ill words towards the game creators, and instead having the direct help they may need. As I said in another thread, though, this game updates perhaps too quickly, making content obsolete in a few months. Next week we will be getting yet another content update and higher tiers of certain things. Before long, this dungeon will be tossed in the forgotten pile that some players will have to solo (like me doing ebon citadel even though I'm so bad at this), so we will be needing some people to also update on the game knowledge part out here. So I also hope my move prompts others to do the same, instead of just filling the forum with cries of "p2w" or "broken mechs".

     

    Learning is more fun than complaining, after all.

     

    As for what gear people get from story. If you do just plain story, you get the sacred longui soul shield, a maxed or near maxed baleful/seraph weapon, solak accessories, some square gems and very low tier pet and soul. Doing temple of succession gives 5 pieces of raven soul shield, talisman, hexa gems, and riftwalk/dawnforge weapon stage 3. I may be forgetting a few items but that's more or less what you get. IF a player then checks their quest letters and finds the other blue quests like know thy enemy and the dead refuse to die, (or is directed to, since the game itself does not really point you specifically to those quests) then they will get a mystic badge, the last 3 pieces of raven SS and a divine/tiger bracelet. This gear set gives decent crit, but nearly no mystic stat nor any other bonuses, so it's as plain as it can get.

    I hate to say it but this game is beyond saving and it's too late for that.

As I said, I've seen it way too many times.

    170k-200k is enough the mini boss don't have enrage timer(if I remember right) all you need to do is F+SS when she pulls and if she is shooting the hearts you either use your own projectile protection or any iframing skill that all classes are desinged to have or you go up close to the boss and press Q/E with correct time. I don't know what's the gear that story provides you right now but it should be decent enough to do least 70k dps it's a small number but that number used to be something.
