If they got it last week, you need to add at least 3-4 months till we get it.

As someone else already said, if it will work the same as in KR, if there will be too many of dual blade classes already present on the server, the voucher will not allow you to switch to it. So keep that in mind.

Thanks, I’m aware, was just agreeing with op about not caring about nerfs.

because not all people care about dps, they junt want to play a new class to enjoy the game like me.

I want to change to db not because of the current dps, its because I enjoyed and I think its fun to play

Agreed, it’s one of the reasons I’m not playing now. Could care less about nerfs, I want to play db without losing all of outfits and progress.

Haven't used a controller for a long time, but I did have some shitty controllers back in the day that games didn't recognize so I used JoyToKey (https://joytokey.net/en/) and it worked okay. As far as I remember its free, so you guys can try that after your free trial expires.. @Silk Rivaliant

It’s improved a lot over the years, if it has more than 4 shift modifiers I may need to give it a try.

Xpadder is the best to go with but it isn't free (the developer doesn't even advertise it and it is only developed by one person), you have to pay $9.99 once and you'll get all future updates.

A little late as whatever built-in gamepad support that will add won't be better then what Xpadder can do.

I bought xpadder earlier this year, but had an issue with page profiles getting stuck; meaning shifting to a different page wouldn’t go back to default on button release. It only happened when I was doing rapid shifts. In the end I went back to pinnacle since it uses standard shift functions. Still one of the best apps I’ve ever used, just wanted to try something new since it can’t be updated anymore and the website was hacked.

Is this reWASD better than Xpadder ?

I am using a XPadder since ages but wouldn´t mind to swap, when there is a better tool.

I have to combine it with DS4Windows anyways, since i am using a PS4 controller.

Currently the biggest downside of removing native controller support for me was, that we lost the possibility of quick 180° turn. Is there any way to emulate this ?

This guy developed a program that steam later implemented in their control support

Pinnacle Profiler has a quick turn option, unfortunately it’s no longer safe to download. Still have mine from a few years ago works great for BnS.

Other than steam and pinnacle, I know of no others. Btw that guys program has no user interface so I wouldn’t recommend it unless you know what you’re doing.

Ok, I believe I found a fix; not sure if everything I did actually does anything, but it’s working. Like WilliamPoll said, uncheck the “UI Scale Fixed” in the interface tab and scale down to the desired setting; apply & save.

If that fails (this is what I did for my 4K screen), follow the same steps above except this time scale down to the lowest setting; apply & save. Then close the game, go back into your config file and change your scale (I set it to 4K) and save. Once you open the game you should be able to freely adjust the scale however you want (set mine to 87). This should be permanent too, so you won’t need to go back into the config file.

Edit: changed (I set it to 4K) to (I set it to 150) for the config file UI edit.

My fonts seem to be HUGE and I am trying to get the UI to work properly too.

It seems that my UI just decides to do weird things and I am perplexed as to what I am suppose to do.

For example: my quest log fits under my mini map, then the next moment it won't return to the size in which it

was previously, meaning it is WAY larger and goes OVER most of the right of my whole screen, then I have to open up the UI and manually size it back to a smaller size.

    Yesterday I had to fix this issue more that 6 times.. ;_;

I was expecting this one to work because I was thinking to do something like this. I just didn't know where the configuration file was, but it doesn't seem to increase it past 100 even if I set it to 150 or 200. Visually, it looks the same. Strange. I wonder if another setting is preventing it from taking. I have UI Scale Fixed off. I did notice that setting the resolution in fullscreen or windowed fullscreen doesn't actually seem to change the resolution of the game at all either. That part seems like a bug.

That’s weird mine is working fine when I edit and save the file. I wonder if you have a duplicate config file some where that the game is using, like maybe in your user profile.

You can go to your documents/bns/ncwest folder and change it in the ClientConfigurations.xml file. Right click and go to edit, in the file change the UI scale (should be near the top under joypad) to around 150. I set mine to 200 cause I have a 4K tv, but it’s a little big now so I’m going to lower it to maybe 175. Save the file, then open the game and your UI will be larger.

make sure you set up everything you have to to have in the in-game interface tab before hand. Saving any thing after that in that tab will revert your UI back to 100 and you’ll have to reset it in the config file. Hopefully they will increase the slider in-game to at least 300.

This will increase the text size too btw.

Is there a way to make the text size larger on all of the UI elements? It's like 2-3 px too small for everything even with the UI Scale set to 100.

  11. In case you're looking for a workaround; you can use a 3rd party controller app to set up extra keybinds that don't have in-game binds. Example: I used Pinnacle Game Profiler to add binds for the item skill, walking (because the in-game bind doesn't work), emotes (used to have a bind for this, but it was removed), and spacebar (because the quick-time animation that says "tap spacebar" does not = the same as the controller jump button...).
