  1. The only thing I see in this thread is whining, if you are willing to collect every costume in the game, including cash shop ones which would cost you quite a penny, then you are insane if you can't accept that this is something that is not needed to enjoy the game. If you want to spend tons of $ to buy costumes, shell out a bit more for a premium.

If you are one of the people complaining about faction outfits then you are silly as well. The only faction outfits you should really care about are the crimson and cerulean ones, which you only need one of. This is not to say if you're interested in the other factions go for it. But the amount of costumes that are faction specific is not enough to warrant free wardrobe.

If you want wardrobe pay for it, if you don't want it just get better at managing your inventory, it's not that hard.

Oh man, not only are you slow, you are definitely in the brain-dead department.
When did I EVER SAY you lose the outfits? Holy jesus.
Keep it under the "Wardrobe" topic, please. I'm not talking about the other benefits premium members get.

Okay so, when your premium expires, you can't hold your outfits there anymore. AND GUESS WHERE YOU HAVE TO PUT THEM??? IN YOUR FREAKING LIMITED SLOTS INVENTORY THAT YOU TRY SO HARD TO EXPAND AND CAN ONLY EXPAND SO MUCH. OH OH and the good part is, OR OR YOU CAN DROP THEM? YEAH? SO EASYYYYY.

AND guess what? Those hours you spend grinding for those costumes become useless and a waste of time.
And let me tell you something, fashion is part of the core game, there's no reason for them to come out with so many outfits and put on a restriction like that.

"...the wardrobe did not exist at all when the game first launched."
"They planned it to be premium only here."
Just based on those statements, I'm done trying to down myself so low for someone like you to understand what customer satisfaction is. FYI, I am fully aware of the wardrobe deposit and the losses from having your premium removed, but far from the point.

    Good day.

Are you actually stupid lol? The outfits remain in the wardrobe after your premium expires, you can't add new ones, only remove the ones you have in there already.

Before calling other people brain dead make sure you aren't yourself. The amount of dragon pouches needed to expand the secondary storage is minuscule compared to the inventory expansion cost. If you want space do that.

And you saying 'just based on those statements...' is just showing how childish you are acting. No one complained then, it was introduced and everyone was happy. You should be happy you get to play the game at all.

Customer satisfaction? You're saying they should sell everything for a one time purchase and then lose income because a couple of people can't manage their inventory space? Spare me.

Are you illiterate? Which part of what I said gave you the idea that I wanted it for free?
If you can't read, I'll gladly help you.

And whiner? I don't think you even understand the word whiner means. I'm whining for free stuff? I PAID for the wardrobe system only to find out I have to PAY again just so I can keep it TEMPORARY? As I have stated, I am WILLING to PAY for it, but not when I HAVE TO pay for it again and again. That kind of subscription is far from "CONVENIENCE."

Let me down myself and explain this to you.
You do realize there are people who pay for this feature, right? With that being said, people like us who are willing to pay for this feature can't even keep the outfits we're going to get without premium sub. PREMIUM SUB. NOT FREE. So tell me, which part of what I just said was even remotely close to whining?

I don't even know what to say. When premium expires you do not lose any outfits and you are free to take them out.

And you are paying for a bunch of benefits ingame PLUS WARDROBE! It's a CONVENIENCE that is NOT NEEDED. DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THAT?

You sub and you get things, you lose sub and you lose those things. If you DO NOT WANT WARDROBE DON'T PAY FOR IT. What's so hard to understand that it is not a mandatory feature in the game to have? You understand that the wardrobe did not exist at all when the game first launched. They planned it to be premium only here, and they said it would be so. If you're just figuring out that you lose wardrobe when you lose premium, then you should have looked it up before buying.

Holy. The amount of brainless people who comment with the "just get premium" attitude, or should be kept as "premium"-- truly truly brain-dead. THE PREMIUM DOESN'T LET YOU KEEP THE WARDROBE WHEN IT EXPIRES. For god's sake, freaking read. So what if you have PREMIUM!?? After your PREMIUM is gone, your sole reason for buying the PREMIUM will be gone. Then you are forced to buy your fancy PREMIUM again just to keep it.

The stupidity of these comments is too absurd. Are you idiots even real?

What makes you dotards think free players complain for free shit? It's the logic behind it. Quality> Quantity.
I'm a PREMIUM member, and I'm complaining because wth, I paid for the PREMIUM and I can't keep my wardrobe afterwards?

What makes them think I will want to buy it again? Which moron will keep buying the PREMIUM just to secure the wardrobe-- come at me. Because you clearly need to be educated on how this money-milking system works.

    #Once-time-payment-with-unlimited-usage please.

Again you're one of the whiners, do you understand what CONVENIENCE means? You DO NOT NEED the feature so stop asking for free stuff when you already have the WHOLE game for free.

  5. Every single person in this thread saying that 'white knights' are defending ncsoft, that this game is pay to play, or anything of sorts. You need to get your heads out of your *cricket*. Have you EVER played any other MMO? Having a separate bank tab that is designed for costumes is in no way making the game any less fun for anyone that has half a brain. If you're running out of space already then you need to rethink on what's important to keep. You want every single costume in the game? Then *cricket* get premium.

Because having a wardrobe where you have your costumes and you can switch between them when you want is fun.

Not having it is not as fun.

But you need to pay for premium every time. Or you wardrobe is gone.

So in the end is the pay to play model. Except that you still has to buy the nice costumes.

A costume inventory locked behind a subscription does not make the game pay to play, and if your premium expires then the outfits stay in there. Unless you take them out, you don't need to use up any space.

My argument still stands, this is a convenience feature and it should stay locked to people who pay for the convenience.

  7. I still find it funny how this is such a huge issue for free players, if you've ever played any other f2p mmo's did you demand full inventory or bank slots for free?

The wardrobe feature is purely convenience and is not a necessity to have. If you can't afford to pay a small amount of money for quite a few benefits, how can you afford buying a costume?

If you really want to, buy premium once, put everything in and there you have it, you got your wardrobe.
