The True Skystealer Ring used to require ~200k Skystealer Crystals from stage 0 to 20. Since the patch where old materials were made obsolete it now needs around the same amount of ~200k in Shimmering Scales, this seems like a mistake with the patch as this is 700x more than any other item ever needed in scales. Just a bug report
