it happened to me 10 minute ago when last patch is arrived. As you guys know, there's a pop-up when download is stoppd with an error. And it tell us which file is problematic. What we will do is clear and easy. Until it can't continue, start the download again and again, because, to some part it is continues by restarting. But sometime even if you restarting download it is being stuck on the exact same file again and again. !!!When this happen!!! Just find the problematic file, delete it, press the faQ, turn back to the launcher, and then start the download again. it will be redownloading the problematic file. My problem solved like this.
