So I have followed the instructions on line to get the free level 60 character boost that is advertised in the store but I can not seem to find it no matter where i look. I have even tried deleting a character and making a level 50 one like i saw on a video claiming that is how to get the boost and still can not find it in the shop. Is there some sort of issue or has it been removed, and if it has been removed why does it still advertise it in banner in the shop?
