At top left there is end date of daily dash. The 4 spin daily dash end date was wednesday so pretty sure it is intended to have 3 spin since this one has different start/end date. I guess nobody was aware of that.

Last daily dash's end time was for wednesday, so the extra 4th spin was intended i guess and now we went back to 3 spins as premium

The only reason why they give no AP it's because they are the version not bound to account and they didn't implemented them for diamond/obsidian/garnet.
