The premium membership has still not been activated for me. Can someone from the NCSoft Team please pass this on again? (my friend who also bought the package hasn't had the premium membership added yet either). So I have the feeling that everyone who bought the package still hasn't received their premium membership and the problem persists.

Still no premium membership. The suport told me to wait 24h until it is updated, otherwise I should contact them again. I honestly do not know what the problem is and would like to have compensation for the failure, since I am already missing 3 days of premium rewards.

When have you bought your pack?

I bought the grandmaster pack yesterday for 39,99Euro and got the items from the pack ingame as well. Unfortunately my premium membership was not activated for the 90 days and I do not receive daily premium login rewards. ( a friend of me also bought the grandmaster pack yesterday and did not recieve the premium membership ingame) Is there maybe a problem with your system, or do I have to activate the premium membership? I hope someone from the NCSoft Team can help us.

Anyone with the same problem or a tip to solve the problem?

I have the same problem, also bought the grandmaster pack but don't recieve the 90 days premium membership ingame and also no premium rewards.
