Se cancela todo xD It looks like made it! ^^ (all by myself, btw) If you guys are interested or have the same problem here´s the way I solved it: I reset my pc. In gmail I contacted with the support team but nobody could tell me what to do so I just reset my pc and put it like it´s new. I´m not sure if you guys know other way to do it, if you do write it in the comments!

Hi! So I´ve playing Blade and Soul for 2-3 years but now I have a problem :( I´d tried to update the game but every single time I try it shows me the error called "Cannot acces the file. Another program may be using the file you want to update". I talk with the support team but they didn´t give me a solution. Can somebody help me? (sorry for my English, I´m not native but I hope you guys understood me)
