I normally don't post, so here goes... Did anyone else not get ranking rewards they thought they earned? I was supposed to be in top 5 for a ranking this season, but was pushed down by people who were ladder banned and ultimately not shown on ladders. How is it fair to go against ghosts?

 

Of course GMs say:
"We can assure you that ranking rewards are distributed by the system automatically, and you received the intended rewards. Please know that rankings are always updating and resetting."

 

I don't know how the "rankings are always updating and resetting" when PvP queues end many hours before and sometimes days prior to the server reset. If the system is distributing automatically, something is wrong with the system because I was very much in the system as within the top 5. If the intention of the system is to lie to its player-base about where their position on the rankings, then it's not "updating". Sure, it's only 1080 hm coins, but it's still an ethical issue that should be addressed.

Not sure why this is gonna take 4 hrs, but why are we getting 5-hr time-gated gift boxes as compensation when we're already losing "4 hours" due to maintenance? @Hime
