Good Morning. First of all apologize for my lousy English. Recently I bought a large amount of Grandmaster's cache chest with the firm hope of getting the skin of the cosmos weapon. It has not been like that. I have read in reddit people who have opened a hundred and hundreds of chests (I have opened more than 250) and have not got it. I have obtained much more easily things that unbalance the game like gems or awakened ascension / stellar stone. Do you think this is logical? Some time ago, in this type of chests you could get all the prizes of the chest with the coins that the chest itself gave, but now it is not so. Before you knew that you could get a certain item with certainty even though its price was very high. Not now. Now it is only available to whales that can spend thousands of euros until they finally get it. This redesign is disastrous. Hurts people who can only or want to make modest financial contributions. In my opinion, the consmetic items should not be so difficult to achieve because this type of item makes many people feel interest in the game and do not unbalance. I understand that they have to have a certain price or exclusivity ... but ... hundreds or thousands of euros? It seems crazy. I do not know what you think, but I think that old chests of this type were more "fair" but on the other hand those now give an additional chest of materials (which is a small improvement).
