since the UE4 update you guys forgot to readd Discordia Necklace to the droptables... it is not in the Sanctum Breakthrough accesory chest either. its simply unobtainable. can anyone clarify this in case i am wrnog?
I need a discordia necklace to get my HoI neck to stage 1

just to make sure you understand how much new people are struggling:
the people I tried to get into the game, completly new players, are doing 1-2m dps with the call to arms stage 1-3 stuff. easy mode has 2-3b hp. you guys literalyl need to nerf the HP of easy mode dungeons to less than 800-1b, like 33% of what it has right now for them to actually be able to do their daillies without having to ask older players for carries.

here are videos of the hack, but used in different content. and the clowns replying to the support tickets are just copy pasting the "we will investigate" even though there are video clips of the hack being used attached to the ticket. maybe u should look yourself.

hello most of the rng boxes/trove outifts already came back in f10 so I assume u are just replying to get a +1 to ur post count. last time we got outfit bundles in f10 we got Shadow Shinobi, which was an rng box event before, Barista which was a trove outfit before and a few more that i can't remember. so u are just bullshiting, byee!

Hey @Hime a few months ago you promised that you will bring back some outfits in the ingame shop and asked us for a list, but we still didn't get any of them. Is there any chance we can have these again?

We had Spellbinder as a temp costume for Blade & Ghoul last year. Loved the way it looked. I didn't buy the perm version in time because I forgot. 😞

Imagine wasting 25-30k on pet pods and now I will get back 1.5k gold from transmuting fees.
Hime, at least return the Pet Pods as Pet Packs, the untradable version, do something right to make everyone happy, u are he community manager, how is it possible for you to not have any influence over what the developers do to the product you are publishing...
Return the pet pods or pet packs, or at least like 80 gold for each pet pods lost. yikes.

@Hime I am so glad that u are actively reading this topic, please do the right call and restore the pet pods, since people paid more than 80% of the crafting cost in soulstones+gold for them pretty much. 90% of my clan mates are just waiting for your final decision so they can decide if they will keep playing the game or move on. I really think that the playerbase can't suffer another loss, the queue for dungeons are long and the game's been bleeding players for a while. It costs ncsoft absolutely nothing to restore the pet pods and it will just make the players happy.

same. @Hime revert the deleted pet pods and costumes. it was the right call to delete designer threads from everyone and outfit boxes, but the pet pods costed extra materials and gold. and most people had some of the costumes long before the exploit so
