  1. i contact support on Oct 12, and none of you solve my problem. they wipe all ip in my account. I didn't authorize any IP location to expect in Oct 18 which is me, the account ower login to game to see what i lost. Still, there is a in-game purchase in oct 17 which the day i didn't authorize any ip location and didnt receive any ip verify email. at total i lost my soul, my gems, my pet, and a bunch of tradable items and a total of $550 USD. All these days support never recognition this is a hacked problem.
