Hello everybody! A week ago, my friend's account has been locked because some one tried to access his. They also so provide necessary information so they can get my friend's account. After all his efforts to get his account back, NCSoft decide to delete my friend's account!!!! WHAT is wrong with NCSoft??? My friend play this game near 2 years and spend a lot of money in this game and now they take his and delete because someone claim that is their account. He also just spent 1 year premium and now he can not play. I told my friend that provide them his credit card which he paid for this game and they still not care, they just decide to delete it like they make the fastest solution to finish my friend's case! Should I come to their headquarter and ask about this? They are so irresponsible! mod edit: pictures removed
