Kaborath

Does anyone know if the Alpine Weapon still drops from Silverfrost Heroic dungeons? I've been farming them and the weapon is nowhere to be seen. Side note : I'm looking for the bracer specifically, and i'm willing to buy it if someone has it saved. Thanks
