Oops the quest turnin is now there. The yellow marker just isn't showing up on the map:

Well they patched the game and there are now a couple npcs on the crimson side, but they can't be interacted with and they aren't the right NPC (Oh Jan)

Just released the Musician class so potentially a lot of people leveling up the old-fashioned way and all of them are going to hit this. I hit this too. This was happening since Wednesday? Wtf...
