An error report has been made regarding the status of the installed Blade & Soul client, your hardware configuration, the DDL list loaded to the memory and data relevant to other client error Try the Following: (1) Disable your Antivirus Programms (2) go to Control Panel (3)System and Security (4)Windows Firewall (5)Turn Windows Firewall on or off (6) In the Firewall Settings Turn Both Private Network Firewall and Public Network Firewall Settings to Off (turn off Windows Firewall) (7) Hit ok and try launch the game again Hope it helps :)
