So I was looking at the event page for Hongsil’s Summer Blast and they really need to add more information. For the new collections that are available, where are these new missions and how do I get them? Thanks in advance.

So I finished Master's Final Quest. I was expecting to have a completed soul shield upon completion. Yea, I know. I must be crazy. Looking at the pieces I have, it says that a merchant named Suh Seyun at Dasari Palace Gardens in Gunwon City should have the remaining ones. I must be blind because I can't find them. Can someone point me in the right direction please? Thanks in advance.
