So what do I need to do? When I try to enter this red gate, which is where the quest is telling me to go, it prompts me "press F to search for a party" Any help please?

It is a story quest but the game doesn't seem to let me enter this red gate without a party

I'm lvl 42, trying to do the Chapter 7: Bark at The Moon quest and I'm just stuck at the part where I need a party for the Lycandi Den: "Absorbs the Wolf God's Life Force". I've been searching for a party, but it's been over 30 min and nothing comes up. Do I really can't complete this on my own?
