But I'm wondering did todays update break it OR it's been broken.

Just game back to game today for the new class release. I found out upgrading Inventory is broken that's people in game has said. My question did the update today break it OR had it been that way ?

Maybe this is a over sight but there is a small issue with Warden Training where you enter the Hongmoon Training Room. If you look at the training for level 35 the first skill listed there is "Soul Flare". The issue is you don't get the skill "Soul Flare" until level 45.
