Support told me to uninstall this via programs but I couldn't find it, so I just uninstalled it from Device manager which caused my computer to repair itself. I'm not sure where else I could uninstall it from. Mine is called Asmedia 106x SATA Controller under storage controllers.

Where did you find this at to uninstall? Thanks!

I have no idea about computers, hard drives and anything, so I don't know what to swap out and will definitely not do it. If I did, I'd ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ something up. So, nevermind on playing BnS. :(

Is there any update as to what is going on? I've been back and forth with support for 2 days now and no solution.
