Jump onto Buildings

Im a new player.  My purple quest has me jumping to a old man on top of a building in the desert to give him a raven wing fan.  And i cant seem to jump that high.  I've researched on youtube and all they show is ppl doing the jumps, not the keystrokes I need to do it.

Any help is appreciated.
