FPS drop issue since maintenance?

I don't know what is going on here, but ever since last maintenance, the performance of my game would 'randomly' drop (don't know if it's random, but I haven't noticed a specific cause).

 

I used to get stable 120fps, but now it randomly drops to stable 20-30fps regardless of settings, and stays there until I reboot my pc. With UI disabled, fps returns to normal, but it is only completely fixed with a computer restart. Relaunching the game or doing a file repair does nothing.

 

Despite making the game unplayable, this hasn't been an overbearing obstacle, since I can reboot my pc and game very quickly, but it is getting increasingly frustrating. Does anyone have advice to fixing this?

I also experienced the same thing ....
since the last maintenance fps down and also often break the connection every 30 to 1 hour

I'm having the same issue. I never had any fps problems before in this game. I rarely dropped below 60 in boss fights with all effects on. Now it's like a slide show no matter how much I lower my settings. My fps drops to 15-20 in the boss fights in VT and SK.  It's quite frustrating.
