my account locked

so main account ( not this ) got locked for NO REASON at all, and they didnt even send me any mail telling me why. i sent a mail to support team 3 days ago and not even a  single response was made so far, wtf !!! bns support answer ffs 

 

and next time when u lock some account send why!1!!!! cuz no one will ever get his account locked and just stay still doing nothing, they will 100 percent look for the reason, which will waste alot of time just to know why and if their no reason takes forever to fix it, it is getting dumb .

time is being wasted waiting for u, that time could of been used for the event + daily gold farm !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

 

 

plus one more thing i sent to mails to two diff support emails, one said ((This request was closed and merged into request #17532947 "hello".)), and the other request is the "hello" one,  does that mean that both are closed ???!!!!

and now we are about to enter day 4 and still no answer , never seen game that its support gave up on it before the player base did !!
