Two types to take a screenshot but how?

Recently I started playing BnS in another pc for some time and I noticed that I can't take specific screenshots, You may be confused what the hell I'm talking about. You can take a screenshot with a press of a button on your keyboard "Print Screen SysRQ" but there's another way to take and it's from the game not keyboard or pc I think. On my other pc the buttons were ctrl+alt+x and that allowed me to select a part of the screen and draw lines,etc and than I can save it or copy it like a normal print screen works. But on this pc ctrl+alt+x doesn't work, Do you know too this function? Do you know if it's another shortcut or something I have disable? You can try do it if you didn't know this.
