Saving an appearance from screenshots only.

So in character select i took screenshots not knowing you could only save appearance while in-game.   In the photo gallery it doesn't let you choose a specific screenshot you can only save the appearance of the character you are currently in-game with. Is there any way to use only that screenshot from a deleted character to save as an appearance?
