alliance help

[Xiia Qingyue]

so when im in alliance (or when i make an alliance) i can only see my party, i can not see the healthbars from the other party, and because of that i cannot switch party members in between parties. i can see the alliance members normaly on the map etc, i just dont have the healthbars for them. anyone having same problem, or knows how to fix this?
