I'm Lv 16 now, still cant chat, the Say window is in the right place. I can see it when I customize the UI; but it never show up in game.

Getting a lil embarrassing as I can never say TY for a party invite or anything. Any help would be appreciated. 

 

Seems like this might be an ongoing problem, or maybe just me. Dunno. Your help would be appreciated.
