Rollback???????

Hello everyone. I just got back playing BnS and noticed something: there was a rollback. I didnt remeber most of the stuff ingame (combos, quests, etc), but i noticed that i had already done the grand harvest square main quest and got a bunch of equips that now im getting again (sterling). 

 

So my question for the admin is, with all due respect: WHY DID IT ROLLBACK????????????????????????
