Fullscreen; alt tab not showing taskbar

I'm playing with normal full screen not the true full screen mode. 

 

when I alt tab out to my browser, the taskbar won't show.

 

I can see the bottom of my game screen through where the taskbar should be.

 

Anyone knows how to solve this? 

 

I know I can play with windowed mode or true full screen, but to use taskbar, I have to minimize the game with windowed; and alt tab with true full screen just takes too much time.
