Best Optimization Settings and How to use more Cores.

I have been playing blade and soul for quite a while now and I wanted to max my graphics and settings on Blade and Soul. But after researching I found out that Blade and Soul is very CPU intensive but still only uses one core. But I have a few questions. What are the best settings in the Blade and Soul Game to give me the best looking performance on the game without causing damage to anything (I'm paranoid). But  I also heard that people are forcing the game to use more than one Core because of how CPU intensive it is. First of all, how do you do this? Is it safe for my computer and the game (I'm paranoid).

CPU- Intel i7-6700 @ 3.40GHz

Ram-16 GB

GPU- NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1070

 

Everything in the blade and soul game is set to 5 and on. If you are gonna respond to this post and help me with this, please also state if it's ok for my pc and won't cause any damage (I'm Paranoid).
