Lags and Freezes all the time

Hello,

I fell in love with this game for the past 2-3 weeks, but it's almost unplayable and I have no clue why.
Everywhere except in arena I`m getting random freezes every 4-5 sec which makes doing dailies and dungeons real pain in the ass.
I have played much heavier games on my configuration without issues.
Configuration:
Nvidia gtx 650 2GB DDR5
4GB RAM
AMD Athlon X4 860K Quad Core 3.70GHz

Tried running both 32-bit and 64-bit clients with every single graphic setting on minimum and there was litteraly zero effect.
