Skill names under icons.

After maintenance today some clan members and I noticed the skill names under the skill icons. We're wondering how to take it off since we prefer it off. But I've searched through my options and can't seem to find a solution. Does anyone know if there's an option to take it off or do we have to deal with it for now?

I noticed this too, I had my UI perfect and after the update some parts of the UI are completely transparent regardless of what setting I have it on, I have names under skills and cooldowns and I'm pretty sure the option to hide it is gone from options too. It looks so cluttered now. Another step backwards
