Nvidia Shadowplay recording pauses during loading screens

Hey there, I have an issue with shadowplay, when I try to record my gameplay the recording pauses in loading screens, leading to choppy soundtracks, because I have youtube playing in the background.
Anyone knows any solution for this? I have only one screen btw if it matters
