Unable to obtain Ivory weapon

What if when you salvage your hongmoon weapon it gives you a Siren weapon and you are way beyond the silverfrost story quest that's suppose to give you the ivory weapon?  Is there a way to buy it from a merchant?

 

nevermind found it at GHS for 20 valor stones.
