Freeze Lag / Stutter

Hello,

 

I'm new to blade and soul and have been playing with my friends but I'm getting these constant frame drops and stuttering when I run or fight. I already went to the lowest settings and turned everything off and turned on the battle optimization, I get about 100-120 fps and when I run or fight all of a sudden it goes down to 22 fps. I've followed this guide here but still getting some drop issues.

If anyone have any tips on increasing the fps or even stopping the freeze lag/stuttering would be much appreciated, here are my specs: http://valid.x86.fr/71segy
