I need some suggestions from you guys

Currently i have a HM 3 FM on Windrest and trying to farm better equipments because i still have 386 AP. My clan members said i need sundered nexus pieces so i tried to get in dungeon through cross-server. But every party i got in either kicked me or everyone just left. So because of my ap i cant get to farm those ss but i dont know what else to do. I just farm soulstones everyday, gold, poharan parfumes but my damage and ap stays really low even though i keep upgrading my weapons and accessories. I am currently using Naryu lab ss so please tell me what pieces to get or what to farm so i can get my ap higher. I loved this game but now i dont feel like playing anymore because i dont know what to do actually. Thank you for your advices
